2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Kuleana is not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages Kuleana is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
